Veteran & First Responder Owned

Hops on Fire Brewing Company was born from a simple idea: create a place where first responders, veterans, and the community they protect could gather, relax, and share a cold one together. Founded by a former Law Enforcement Officer and Volunteer Firefighter Hops on Fire was created out of a love for great craft brews, family, and friends. Not a chain. Not a franchise. A neighborhood gathering place where the beer is local, the people are real, and everyone is welcome. We brew with intention. We serve with pride. And we believe a great taproom makes a great community.

Our Values

Meet the Team

Justin

Justin

Owner

Justin is the owner of Hops on Fire Brewing Company, where great beer and great company go hand in hand. His journey has taken him from law enforcement, volunteer firefighting, emergency response, restaurant ownership and coaching high school wrestling—giving him a unique appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and serving the community. When he's not crafting new brews or connecting with customers, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting local events, and giving back to the community. Whether he's behind the bar, running an event, or lending a helping hand when it's needed most, he brings the same passion, dedication, and sense of humor to everything he does. At Hops on Fire Brewing Company, Justin believes the best memories are made over a cold pint, good conversation, and the people who make Hops on Fire the fantastic place that it is.

Jordan

Jordan

Brewer

Growing up in Colorado, the mecca of microbreweries, Jordan found a passion for craft brews and the science behind it. Upon moving to Arizona he developed his own style yet pushed the boundaries of his knowledge of the industry. In his final move to the Savannah area Jordan found a home here at Hops as he and Justin shared the same vision for great craft brews and the kind of place both of them wanted to create and be a part of. Jordan has many hobbies but shares the same loves that has made Hops on Fire as special as it is. A Love for Family, friends, and fantastic craft brews!

Emma

Emma

Taproom Manager

Emma has been part of the Hops on Fire family for a little over two years. Before becoming Taproom Manager, she and her husband first discovered the brewery on Trivia Nights and became regulars. She’s a mom to two little ones that you’ll probably see hanging around at the brewery. She graduated from UGA (Go Dawgs) but is a Sooners fan at heart. Emma enjoys connecting with people over great beer and good conversation. Her favorite thing about Hops on Fire is the sense of community and the friendships built here that make the brewery feel like home.

Jen

Jen

Beerista

Just a Michigan girl living in a Georgia world who loves craft brews. Dog sitter by side hustle, proud dog mom to Teddy, and always up for a book worth staying up late for. When I'm not pouring pints at Hops or chasing four-legged friends, I enjoy traveling the world and finding my next favorite dive bar or brewery with my friends.

Beerista/Instagram/Guest Experiences

Lauren was born and raised in Florida and attended the University of Florida, where she studied fine art. Creativity has always been a big part of who she is and loves finding ways to bring ideas to life through art, design, and hands-on projects. For the past 10 years, she had been a military spouse, which has given her the opportunity to experience different communities, meet amazing people, and learn how to adapt and grow through change. Those experiences have shaped her perspective and inspired much of her creative work. When she not creating, you can usually find her working toward her master's degree in education, exploring new creative projects, supporting local businesses, or spending time with family and friends. Whether she’s making something with her hands, designing a new project, or learning something new, she enjoys finding creative solutions and building connections with others along the way.
